Yes. Garage designs are available as either attached or detached configurations. Contact an eLoghomes representative for the costs of either attaching the garage or buying a detached garage.
Yes. Our garage packages may be purchased independently. However, if you have an existing home, attaching the garage to the home is the responsibility of the buyer in this case.

All eLoghomes’ garages are designed to meet at least the minimum standards of the 2021 International Residential Code. However, some locations may impose other requirements which you must make eLoghomes aware of to ensure that your garage is appropriately modified to meet those specific requirements.
