What’s Included with an eLoghomes Kit?
Each eLoghomes kit comes with a standard materials list that includes:
- Eastern white pine log walls
- Exterior windows and doors
- Rough flooring, framing of the interior spaces, interior stairways, and railing
- Any log siding needed and interior wall materials to match the log walls
- Decking and porch materials
- Roofing materials (up to the underlayment)
- Platinum Energy Package*
We offer two package options: silver and gold. Our gold package includes upgraded exterior windows and doors, handcrafted logs, engineer-sealed final blueprints, and other upgrades. Visit our packages page for more information about what is included (and excluded) with each package.
Unlike other log home manufacturers, we offer optional construction services for your eLoghomes shell package.
