  • Exterior windows and doors
  • Rough flooring, framing of the interior spaces, interior stairways, and railing
  • Any log siding needed and interior wall materials to match the log walls
  • Decking and porch materials
  • Roofing materials (up to the underlayment)  
  • Platinum Energy Package*
